Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a very nice location, close to restaurants and the area around Morrilton. The rooms were clean and the bath and shower were very nice, but I had trouble sleeping due to continuous sneezing, possibly from dust or unchanged filters. The chairs in the room were not comfortable for my disabled husband, although the two queen beds had premium mattresses and were very comfortable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but due to constant sneezing, I had trouble sleeping, indicating poor dust maintenance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, they failed to inform us of extra pet charges, leading to a lack of willingness to adjust the bill. The location was convenient for our needs but not too efficient and undergoing construction. The dining experience offered a good variety of foods but was nothing fancy. Overall, it was a decent stay with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and inviting, but I couldn't shake off my sneezing due to dust, making it a bit challenging to sleep. The decor was a little dated. The staff was friendly and professional, although they seemed a bit rushed at times. The location was convenient, being right off I-40, but it lacked the charm of a true 5-star hotel. The dining experience was average, with the same menu repeated during my stay. Despite the minor drawbacks, the value for money was reasonable.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the area around Morrilton. The rooms were nice and clean, although the lack of a closet was a bit inconvenient, and I noticed some dust that affected my allergies. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there was an issue with communication about pet charges. The dining experience was good, with hot and fresh food available. However, the hotel is currently undergoing construction, which was a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although average, had a microwave and refrigerator, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the air conditioning never got cool, and I had trouble sleeping due to dust or lack of filter changes causing continuous sneezing. The service was a mix - the staff had just remodeled the property, but there were issues with pet charges not being communicated. On the bright side, they were very helpful with getting change for laundry and were friendly and professional. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the Morrolton area, although the efficiency left something to be desired. Dining offered a better-than-expected selection featuring eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, which was a positive surprise for a Days Inn.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms needed some fixing up and paint, but having a microwave and refrigerator was convenient. The service was exceptional, especially in assisting with laundry needs and breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The location was nice but not without issues due to ongoing construction. Dining options were satisfactory. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
